FAQ: Everything you need to know about Everlust Latex

1. Orders and Returns

Can I return my order?

For hygiene reasons and due to the nature of our items, underwear (lingerie) cannot be exchanged or returned.

Similarly, any customized or made-to-measure item is final sale and cannot be returned. For basic stock items (standard accessories), we accept returns as long as the garment is in its original packaging, with the seal intact, and has not been worn.

How do I know my size?

Wearing latex is very personal; for many people, it's like a second skin, for others it should be looser. That's why we recommend carefully checking our size guide. If you have any doubts or are between two sizes, write to us on Instagram or email; remember that latex has some elasticity, which is why the chart has a range, but it's important not to overstretch the seams and compromise the durability of the garment.

2. Care and Maintenance:

How do I store my garment?

Away from direct sunlight and heat. Ideally, store it in a dark plastic bag or hung on a plastic hanger (never metal). Make sure it doesn't rub against garments of other colors, as latex can absorb dyes.

How do I wash it?

Hand wash in lukewarm water with a mild neutral soap. Do not rub vigorously. Rinse thoroughly and air dry (without clothespins that could leave marks). Once dry, apply talcum powder or a specific shiner to prevent sticking.

What should I avoid at all costs? 

Oils and greases. Body oils, creams, or oil-based lubricants degrade latex quickly. Always use pure silicone lubricants or those specifically designed for latex clothing. Also avoid contact with metals (like coins or copper/brass jewelry), as they can stain the material permanently.

3. Use and Aesthetics

My garment arrived with a matte/dull appearance, is this normal?

Yes! Latex leaves the workshop with a thin layer of talcum powder to protect it. To achieve that characteristic "mirror" shine seen in our photos, you need to apply a silicone shiner. First, clean the garment with a microfiber cloth and water, and once it's dry, you can apply the shiner. 

How do I put on the garment without tearing it?

Patience and lubrication. Use talcum powder on the inside of the garment or silicone lubricant. Be careful with long nails: they are latex's number one enemy. Use your fingertips to slide the material.

Is the packaging discreet?

Absolutely. At Everlust we respect your privacy. All our shipments arrive in neutral boxes or envelopes, without external logos or references to the content, so that only you know what's inside.
